This site is intentionally kept very simple. The main purpose of this site is to provide a simple way for tenants to get acess to the rental application and to access their portal to pay rent.
Our Philosophy
We are investors, first and foremost. We believe that investment real estate and business ownership are the best ways to build wealth.
We enjoy taking older properties, that have seen better days, and revitalizing them into great properties once again. We work with small multi tenant office buildings, shopping centers and (2-20 unit) multifamily properties.
We are always looking for the next property that needs our vision and touch.
ABOUT US
Brian Kloft is a Phoenix native and has worked in Real Estate for more than 25 years. Brian is an avid cyclist, runner, hiker. He loves flowers and technology and has a creative side that he gets to explore when remodeling properties and creating epoxy countertops and tables.
Lisa Jungman Kloft was born in California but married a Phoenix native. She transitioned into Real Estate after being a computer programer for more than a decade. Lisa loves to hike and read and spend time with her two kids.
